Return Policy

At Regan Water, we stand behind the quality of our products.
We accept returns only for defective products. All returns must meet the following conditions:

1. Eligibility – The product must be defective in material or workmanship.

2. Return Window – You must initiate your return request within 30 days of the purchase date.

3. Condition – Returned items must be in their original packaging and include all accessories, manuals, and parts.

4. No Exchanges – We do not offer exchanges. If your product is defective, we will issue a refund upon inspection and approval of your return.

5. Return Authorization – To start a return, contact us at info@reganengineeringservices.com for a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

6. Shipping Costs – Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

We reserve the right to inspect the returned product before issuing a refund. If the returned item is found not to be defective, it may be shipped back to you at your request and your expense.
