Available shipping methods, delivery estimates, and charges appear during checkout before payment. Products may be fulfilled from different locations and may arrive separately.
Laboratory test-kit prices do not include return shipping when the product page says so. Follow the enclosed collection and return instructions exactly. Some samples require a specific delivery speed.
Order changes and cancellations
Contact Regan Water as soon as possible if an address, quantity, or item is wrong. We will try to help, but we cannot promise a change or cancellation after fulfillment begins.
Returns
Contact us before returning any item. We will confirm whether the product is eligible and send the correct instructions. An item sent back without approval may not reach the right fulfillment location.
Eligibility depends on the product, its condition, whether fulfillment or laboratory processing has started, the fulfillment partner's requirements, and applicable law. We will explain the available next step before asking you to send anything back.
Damaged, missing, or incorrect items
Email us promptly with the order number, a short description, and clear photos when helpful. Keep the item and packaging until we provide the next step.
